The basis of my approach for Yoga and Meditation is the recognition that each person's body is different. Classes are designed to gently work with your body to improve your flexibility, and at the same time, strengthen your mind. Exercises are accompanied by meditation techniques to bring you serenity and inner peace. During the meditation training, you will practice in focusing your attention on positive aspects, eliminating disruptive thoughts that crowd your mind causing stress.

Like Yoga Breathing, the benefits of Yoga & Meditation do not end when your practice session ends. You will be able to approach your day calmly and improve certain medical conditions, including stress, anxiety and attention related disorders.
