 Veggie Pizza

1.5 cups of Whole wheat flour

1 cup All purpose flour

1 tsp salt,

1 tsp sugar,

8 gms of quick rise yeast.

2 tbsp Olive oil,

1 cup warm water.

1 -2 tsp Garlic herb powder.

Instructions

In 1 cup warm water, add sugar and the yeast, stir gently and let it stand for 10 minutes.

In another bowl mix together both the flours, salt and the spice mix.

Using a dough hook turn the mixer on low, add the flour, when it starts to come together add the oil.

When the dough is ready let it stand for 5-8 minutes.Divide in two pizza pies.

Toppings.

Pizza sauce of your choice.

I made in bulk over the summer

2 kg tomatoes, blanced, skinned pureed. 

5-6 garlic cloves

Italian seasoning.

Salt.Cook them all together. store for future use.

Vegetables of your choice.

2 cups Fat free Mozzarella cheese.

Italian seasoning

Shredded Garlic (Use a microplane)

Crushed pepper flakes to taste.

Roll out the Pizza pie, cover it with Pizza sauce, decorate /fill with favourite toppings. I used Pineapples as well. Generously cover the vegetables with cheese.

Bake the Pizza in a pre-heated oven at 450 degree farenheits for 12 minutes and another 14-15 minutes on 400 degrees. 

Serve it with love.
