She started her Yoga and Ayurveda learning journey with her mother and grandmother. She was fortunate to have Yoga as a subject during her middle school. Her interest to learn more about Yoga and Ayurveda increased further with her opportunity to teach young kids around her. Visiting several Ashrams and listening and studying with various swami jis enhanced the passion of learning and teach Yoga and Ayurveda.
